When Rachael first reached out to book her brand shoot, she had one specific request: "the last thing I want is to look like a 1980's cheese ball realtor."
That was music to my ears.
In an industry that often leans heavily on tradition and cliché headshots (you know the ones—arms crossed, stiff smiles, maybe a blazer with shoulder pads?), she was ready to shake things up. This shoot was all about showing up as her—unapologetically authentic, stylish, and just the right amount of bold.
She came prepared—like, really prepared. We’re talking a car full of clothes. Her entire wardrobe, practically. But instead of overwhelming, it was a total vibe. She knew her personal style and came ready to play. Think modern Vogue editorial meets real estate boss: structured blazers with unexpected color pops, statement accessories, and playful props that told her story.
From records to NYC and Vogue coffee table books, every element she brought helped paint a full picture of who she is—not just as a realtor, but as a human. And that’s exactly what personal branding should do.
We captured her in motion, laughing, lounging, snuggling with her dog while reading The Wall Street Journal—just living her best, most true-to-herself life. No forced smiles. No stiff poses. Just an empowered woman doing business her way.
If you’re a realtor (or any professional, really) who’s tired of blending in and ready to stand out, this shoot is your reminder: branding doesn’t have to be boring. You can be fun, stylish, and fully you—and still look every bit the expert.
Big thanks to Rachael Rogala for trusting the vision and bringing so much energy and personality to the studio. This was one for the books!
